It doesn’t matter what you currently do for a living. While a percentage of participants attend this program to become professional DSR™ trainers, everyone can benefit from gaining these advanced skills and sharing them with their circles of influence.

  • Skills to motivate, align, and inspire a group toward a goal or vision
  • Ways to effectively handle the most common challenges that will crop up during a DSR™ training
  • How to tell if a participant is fully understanding the DSR™ process (and if not, how to identify why and where they are stuck)
  • Ways to build a safe, supportive environment that fosters trust among participants … and in you.

Recommended Qualifications

  • Some professional development training experience such as:  Coach Training, NLP Practitioner, Business training, Education, Health Care, Psychology, Hypnotherapy, or any other areas of professional development that are relevant.
  • Experience in working with groups of people or training groups is preferred. However, if you are new to training, no problem – we will give you the resources and guidance you need to successfully deliver this program.
  • Full alignment with our organizational values to always operate with honor and integrity is essential – and required.
